申し込み手続き　Application procedure

ご利用をご検討の際は、イベントスケジュールにて空き日・空き時間をお問い合わせください。
初めてご利用される際には、必ず会場を下見においでいただきます。
お申し込みの際に、展示予定の作品、又は展示の趣旨のわかるもの（作品の写真など）を5点～6点メール添付・郵送などでご提出下さい。Ban Phot Galleryの雰囲気・趣旨に照らし合わせて不向きと思われる用途の場合は、ご利用をお断りさせていただきます。
あらかじめご了承ください。

Please confirm the availability first.
You are always asked to have a look at our gallery space for the first time to use.
Please e-mail or post us 5-6 photos of your works to be exhibited,when you apply.
Please be noted that your applying might be refused in case of unsuitableness to our gallery.

お支払いについて　Payment

会場使用料金のお支払いは、お申し込み手続き時に半額、搬入日に残りの半額をお支払いいただきます。
あらかじめご了承ください。

Half payment at your application and the balance at your carrying-in day.

案内状　Invitation cards / Flyers

案内状を展覧会２～３週間前までにBan Photo Galleryにお届け下さい。
案内状は利用される方の負担です。（出来る限りサポート致します）
案内状の一部を画廊からも発送致しますが、郵送費の一部をご負担下さい。

Please provide us your Invitation cards / Flyers 2-3 weeks prior to your exhibition. Invitation cards / Flyers at your cost.
We can deliver some part of them, if you owe a portion of the postage. If you need further supports, please feel free to contact us.

展覧会インフォメーション　Advertisement of Exhibition

新聞、雑誌、等ホームページ内、その他のメディアへ展覧会のインフォメイションをいたします。
会期2ヵ月前までに、参考写真、コメント、略歴等を下さい。
（e-mailをお持ちの方はメールでお願いします。）

We advertize your exhibition on newspapers, magazines, our web site and other media. Please e-mail us photos, your message and profile by two months before the exhibition.

作品保全　Guarding of your works

会場での作品の監視は、原則として使用者の責任とします。
不慮の災害の場合はその負担を負いません。
又、設備を汚損、破損された場合は実費をご負担願います。

You are responsible for guarding works during the exhibition, in principle.
We have no obligation in case of unexpected disasters.
In case of damaging equipments and facilities, the actual cost would be charged.

使用権　Right to use

お申し込み時の使用目的と異なった目的に使用されることや、使用権の転貸、譲渡はお断り致します。

Unable to use the studio for the different purpose from the contract, to sublease or transfer the right to use.
